Lucky Boom

YOUR PRIVACY ON THE ROUTE

Last updated: 12 October 2026.

1. OUR PROMISE

Lucky Boom protects your personal information. This Privacy Policy tells you what we collect when you use our services, why we collect it and how we use it.

It is an agreement between you and Lucky Boom ("we", "us", "our") and is part of the Lucky Boom Terms and Conditions.

The website Lucky Boom (the "Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and run by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered under the laws of Costa Rica.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the new text on our platforms. Please check back now and then.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

Anything that can identify you counts as Personal Information ("Personal Information"): first and last name, date of birth, home or other address, email, phone number and similar details. We may ask for it when you use the website, register an account or use our services. It can include contact details (phone number too), shipping and billing details, transaction history, how you like to use the site and your feedback about the Services. We store it on servers in Costa Rica and sometimes elsewhere. While you use the services, our servers keep an activity log just for you with administrative and traffic data: your source IP address, the time and date of access, the pages you visited, your language, software crash reports and your browser type. We need this data to provide good services. We do not collect Personal Information about you without you knowing.

3. HOW WE GET AND HANDLE DATA

Some data is collected automatically, as above. We also receive Personal Information that you give us through the services or other contact with Lucky Boom, and we may receive it from online vendors and service providers and from customer lists we lawfully obtained from third-party vendors. We may use third-party providers for technical support, to process your online transactions and to maintain your account. They can see the information you give them, and we use the Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We only share it with third parties outside the company in line with this policy, and we make sure our deals with providers and vendors protect your privacy.

4. HOW WE USE IT

We use your Personal Information to deliver the Services, support you, run security and identity checks, process your transactions, help you join third-party promotions, meet business requirements and for any other purpose connected with running the Services. For that we may share it with carefully chosen partners, including parties they have data-sharing arrangements with.

We may also use it to send you (1) offers and news about our products and services and (2) offers and news about our partners' products and services, so we can widen what we offer and serve you better. Sometimes we ask for information in surveys or contests; joining is voluntary and you choose what to share, for instance contact details (name, mailing address, phone number) and demographics (postcode, age). If you accept a contest prize or winnings, you agree that we may use your name for advertising and promotion without extra payment, unless the law prohibits it. Unless you opted out, we may also use your Personal Information, including email and phone number, to tell you about our products, services and promotions, including other gaming products (online poker, casino, betting, backgammon) and carefully chosen third-party products.

5. WHEN WE MUST OR MAY SHARE

We may disclose your Personal Information if the law requires it or if we believe in good faith that we need to: (1) comply with legal process served on us, our sites or the services, or in situations with a substantially similar legal duty; (2) protect our rights or property; or (3) protect the personal safety of users or the public. If we decide, in our sole discretion, that you cheated or tried to defraud us, the company or any other user, for example through game manipulation or payment fraud, or we suspect fraudulent payment (stolen cards, chargebacks or other reversals) or a prohibited transaction (such as money laundering), we may share this information, with your identity, with other online gaming sites, banks, card companies and the proper agencies and authorities. (4) For research on addiction prevention, data may be anonymised and passed to the relevant institutions.

6. YOUR CHOICES

You can opt out of promotions in your account settings on our sites or services, via a link in an email from us, or at any time by emailing or writing to Customer Service.

You can also contact us to 1) check that the Personal Information we hold is accurate, 2) update it, or 3) complain about how we use it. If you ask, we will (1) update information you gave us, if you show the change is needed, or (2) flag it so it is not used for marketing again. Nothing in this Privacy Policy stops us from keeping Personal Information where the law requires it.

7. COOKIES

What we store on your device

When you use our services we may store small text files called cookies on your device to remember your preferences. We also use Local Shared Objects ("flash cookies"), which work similarly and let us remember things about your visits across our sites. Neither can reach other information on your computer; we only use them to track how you use our services. They help us watch traffic, improve the services and make them easier and more relevant for you. We use flash cookies and third-party cookies to help show you more relevant, desirable ads.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for moving around a website and using its features, such as secure areas or financial transactions. Without them our websites could not work efficiently.

During sign-up

These cookies keep the information collected during registration so we can recognise you as a customer and give you the services you need. We may also use the data to understand your interests online and improve your visits.

On our website

For visitors we use cookies to collect information. Our servers use three types:

A "session" cookie: lasts only for your visit. It helps you move around faster and, if you are registered, lets us show you more relevant information. It expires when you close the browser.

A "persistent" cookie: stays on your computer for a set period for each cookie. Flash cookies are persistent as well.

"Analytical" cookies: let us recognise and count visitors and see how they use our services, so we can improve our sites, for example by helping you find things easily.

You can accept or decline cookies. Most browsers accept them by default, but you can usually change your settings to decline. The Help menu in most browsers explains how to stop new cookies, how to be warned about them and how to turn them off.

Flash cookies

You can change your Flash Player settings to block flash cookies, using the Settings Manager. To block them from all third-party content, open the "Global Storage Settings" panel, untick "Allow third-party flash content to store information on your computer" and close the Settings Manager. For specific websites, use the "Website Storage Settings" panel.

If your Flash Player or browser is old, the Settings Manager may not be available. Please update both to the latest versions.

If you decline cookies, some interactive features of our sites may not work for you.

8. PAYMENT PROVIDERS

To play for real money you send money to us and receive money from us, and we may use third-party electronic payment systems to process it. By accepting this Privacy Policy you expressly agree to the Personal Information needed to process transactions being used, including, where necessary, being sent outside your country. We make sure our arrangements with payment systems protect your privacy.

9. SECURITY REVIEWS

We may run a security review at any time to validate your registration data and to check your use of the services and your financial transactions for possible breaches of our Terms and Conditions or the law. By using our services, and so accepting our Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to use and disclose your Personal Information to third parties to validate what you give us, including, where necessary, sending it outside your country. Reviews may include ordering a credit report or checking your information against third-party databases, and you agree to provide the information or documents we ask for. 10. SECURITY

We know how important security is. All the Personal Information we receive directly from you is stored in an encrypted, password-protected database in our secure network, behind active state-of-the-art firewall software. (Our Services support SSL Version 3 with 128-bit encryption.) We also make sure our subsidiaries, agents, affiliates and suppliers use adequate security.

11. MINORS

Our Services are not for anyone under eighteen (18), or the lawful age where they live. Anyone who gives us information through the services is telling us they are eighteen (18), or the lawful age where they live, or older. We try to uncover attempts by minors to use our services, which may mean a security review. If we learn that a minor has tried to submit, or has submitted, personal information, we will not accept it and will delete it from our records.

12. TRANSFERS ABROAD

Personal Information collected through the services may be stored and processed in any country where we or our affiliates, suppliers or agents have facilities. By using our services you expressly agree to any transfer outside your country, including to countries that may not be judged to have adequate privacy laws. We still make sure our agents, affiliates and suppliers meet our privacy standards wherever they are.

13. OTHER COMPANIES' PRACTICES

We cannot guarantee protection of information you give to a third-party site that links to or from the services, or of information collected by a third party running our affiliate programme (if any) or another programme, because those sites are independent of us. Their own privacy policy, if they have one, governs what they collect.

14. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. Our technology and business are complex and always changing, so we cannot guarantee error-free performance of the privacy of your Personal Information, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to use or release of that information.

15. AGREEING TO THIS POLICY

By using our services you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This is our complete and exclusive Privacy Policy and replaces any earlier one. Read it with our Terms and Conditions and any other terms posted on our platforms. We may change it from time to time and will post the new text on our Platforms; if you keep using our services after a change, you accept it. Please revisit this policy regularly.

Under Article 77 of the GDPR you can also lodge a complaint about how your data is processed with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you usually live, work or where the alleged infringement took place.

16. OTHER WEBSITES

Our website may link to other websites that we do not control and that this Privacy Policy does not cover. If you use those links, their operators may collect information from you and use it under their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours. We are not responsible; only those operators are responsible for how their sites work and for any errors.

17. OTHER TERMS

Versions of the Privacy Notice in languages other than English are for information only. If versions differ or conflict, the English version prevails.

18. HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA

As our Terms and Conditions say, you or the Casino can have your Player Account closed at any time. After closure we keep your personal data for as long as the law requires, and use it only if competent authorities need it in enquiries about financial and fiscal records, fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.

Because of anti-money-laundering rules in licensed gaming jurisdictions in the European Union, we must keep the personal data you gave at registration, and any data passed on while your Player Account was active, for at least five years from your last transaction or the closing of the account. We therefore cannot accept requests to erase it before that period ends.
