This Bonus Policy explains the rules for every promotion at Lucky Boom (dennisebben.nl), run by MAIREKE LIMITADA under a licence of the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. Claiming any bonus, free spins, rakeback, cashback or other reward at dennisebben.nl means you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below, our general Terms and Conditions and our Payment Policy.

1. Rules for all bonuses

1.1 Who can claim

• Registered players with accurate account details who are not barred from promotions.
• You must be of legal gambling age where you live and must not play from a restricted territory.

1.2 Switching a bonus on

Unless stated otherwise, switch the bonus on in your account profile before you make the qualifying deposit. If you deposit first, the offer will not start and cannot be added afterwards. This covers all five Welcome Package deposits and other deposit-linked offers marked for pre-activation.

1.3 Bonus money and real money

• With a bonus you hold a real-money balance and a bonus balance. Real money is used first.
• You cannot withdraw bonus funds directly. Only winnings from bonus funds that have met the wagering requirement can be withdrawn, within any stated cap.
• Rakeback and no-wagering cashback go straight to your real balance with no wagering unless stated.

1.4 Wagering

• Wagering requirement = bonus amount (plus free-spin winnings where relevant) × the stated multiplier.
• Only real-money bets on eligible games count, unless a bonus is given for a certain game category.
• Slots (excluding live dealer slots where applicable) usually count 100%.
• Live casino games count 10% towards slot-bonus wagering: live play counts, only more slowly.
• Different rates may apply to individual games or categories in a promotion; if so, that promotion says so.
• Wagering with free-spin winnings follows the ordinary slot rules.

1.5 Maximum bet while wagering

• Maximum bets apply while a bonus is being wagered. Going over them can lead to losing the bonus and its winnings.

1.6 Cash-out caps

• Free-spin winnings are capped at €150 per bonus that awards free spins.
• The total cap on winnings from all Welcome Package bonus funds is €10,000.
• Caps for ongoing promotions are in Section 4.
• Amounts above the caps are removed when you withdraw.

1.7 Expiry

• Bonuses and free spins you do not use within the validity period of the promotion expire and are removed without replacement.
• Sport bonuses expire 14 days after crediting unless stated otherwise.
• Other promotions state their own expiry.

1.8 Giving up a bonus

You can forfeit an active bonus in your account settings at any time; the bonus balance and its winnings are removed and your real-money balance stays as it is. Lucky Boom may also void a bonus and its winnings if it finds the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms, for example through multiple accounts, false information, abusive wagering or attempts to dodge maximum-bet or game rules.

2. Welcome Package: five deposits

5.5 Free bets

• With a free bet, the stake stays in your balance.

6. Free spins

• Free spins are for the BGaming game or games named in the promotion and cannot be used elsewhere.
• Winnings are capped at €150 per bonus that awards free spins.
• Winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement of their promotion.
• Unused spins expire at the end of the promotion's validity period or, if none is stated, after 7 days.

7. Banking, currencies and limits

8. KYC and verification
